‘Personal information’ is any information about an identifiable individual. CWT collects personal information provided to us using fair and lawful means, and for the following specific purposes:
In addition, when you use CWT’s FAIRLOY Website or app, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or mobile platform, including your IP address, unique device identifier, and other device information (such as your operating system version and mobile network provider). CWT does not sell personal information to third parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes other than in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution transaction or proceeding involving the sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets. In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, personal information may also be transferred as a business asset. If another company acquires our company, business, or assets, CWT users will be notified before any such business transaction occurs, and be given the opportunity to deactivate or terminate their account should they so choose to. CWT has implemented critical physical, organizational and technical measures to guard against unauthorized or unlawful processing of the data we collect. We have also taken steps to avoid accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, your personal information. While no system is completely secure, the measures implemented by CWT significantly reduce the likelihood of a data security breach.
In addition, we recommend that you do your part in protecting yourself from unauthorized access to your CWT account by ensuring no one else uses your computer or device when you are logged in, by logging off when CWT Services are not in use and by keeping your password confidential. No method of transmitting or storing data is 100% secure. As a result, although we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us. If you have reason to believe that your FAIRLOY account is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your account has been compromised), you must immediately notify us of the problem at hr@cloudwingtechno.com in order for CWT to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Also keep in mind that e-mail is not a secure form of communication so never send sensitive personal information to us via e-mail. CWT Services are neither designed nor intended to collect personal information from children who are under the age of thirteen (13).
In order to ensure compliance with the provisions of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and other data protection laws around the world aimed at protecting children, children under the age of thirteen (13) are not permitted to access or use CWT Applications, and children under the age of thirteen (13) should not provide any personal information to CWT. You may reside in a country where local laws fix the digital age of consent to be older than 13. You may only use CWT if you have reached this age of consent, in accordance with applicable local laws. If you do not meet the digital age of consent of your country, you must immediately cease using CWT Services.
A cookie will be used here to mean a Web cookie, being a small text file stored on your computer hard drive, or a token or “mobile cookie” placed in the FAIRLOY app’s local storage, in order to tailor the environment based on your preferences, and track user behavior. This unique code identifies your device to CWT. Since cookies are only text files, they cannot run on your device, search your device for other information or transmit any information to anyone.
Most web browsers can either alert you to the use of cookies or refuse to accept cookies entirely. You should be aware that if you elect not to accept cookies, some parts of the CWT’s FAIRLOY Website may not function properly.

CWT’s use of social media serves as an extension of our presence on the Internet. Social media account(s) are public and are not hosted on CWT’s servers.
